We are a longterm leasehold in Charleville Castle held by the Charleville Castle Heritage Trust in the process of extensive historically accurate and appropriate renovation and restoration.

As the best example of Gothic-Revival architecture in Ireland, this Castle was designed and built by the Frank Johnston School of Architecture in 1798 through 1812. The interior of Charleville Castle is filled with beautifully designed rooms and some of the original furnishings.

The Castle is available for weddings, seminars, photo-shoots, filming onsite, and other special events.

In recent years Charleville Castle has taken on an exciting new role as a focus of educational endeavour. It is presently being utilised as the site of Quest Campus a unique inter-University and transatlantic educational initiative.

The establishment of this campus offers decentralised educational opportunities to students and an opportunity to participate in the creation of an educational institution where the ideals of individuals and the celebration of cultural, racial, and religious differences allows us a deeper understanding and appreciation of ourselves and each other.
